At the Build 2015 developer conference, in addition to the release of Microsoft Edge browser and the preview version of the brand new Windows 10, the biggest surprise was the release of Visual Studio Code - a free, open-source and cross-platform code editor for programming modern Web and cloud applications. Its direct competitors are Sublime Text, Atom, Vim, Notepad++, Brackets, etc. In order to improve its competitiveness, it even provides keyboard shortcuts installation for them all.

Avira used to be bundled with TuneUp Utilities for sale, but it's a pity that AVG successfully became a listed company (i.e.: went public) in 2012 and acquired TuneUp Utilities as a whole - became now AVG PC TuneUp, which directly made the marriage between Avira and TuneUp Utilities impossible. After that, the Norman company from Norway once got very close to 360Amigo System Speedup (now ToolWiz's developer from China) by way of bundling too, but in the end Avira took over 360Amigo before Norman. Then 360Amigo was first offered as an OEM component of Avira's advanced versions of security software, and then fully acquired.

Yesterday (2018/10/05), I suddenly thought of a interesting question: how many times do I click the mouse in front of my computer every day, and how many times do I hit the keys on my keyboard? It may seem like a meaningless thing, but that can motivate me to work hard in another way, from another level. Then I searched and found at least 5 measurement and statistics tools that can record and display the mouse and keyboard usage, and one of which is Mousotron. Other tools such as Application Usage Statistics, WhatPulse, OctoMouse and RSIGuard will be slowly added to AppNee.

Although VirtualDub is only a free and very compact video capture and multimedia clipping software, its functionality is not a bit worse than Adobe Premiere Pro, Media Studio, and other professional products. The main functions of VirtualDub can be divided into two parts: one allows user to edit existing short video files; the other can be used with your video capture card or camera to make real-time dynamic image capture.

Proxy Switcher is a powerful, professional-level proxy server searching, testing and managing software. It automatically downloads a proxy list from the Internet (displaying the country each proxy server resides in at the same time), analyzes whether it is available, and displays some status information like connection speed in real time. Users who are new to the Mac world from Windows often run into some nagging problems. For example, some software are only available on Windows; and some web pages must be opened using Microsoft Internet Explorer. For lazy computer users, it is not realistic to have them install an extra Windows OS or use a virtual machine such as Apple's Boot Camp, VMware FusionVMware Workstation or VirtualBox to solve the problem. This case, you can give WineBottler a try.
