There is no doubt that constant exposure to computers (whether for work, play or study) not only causes serious damage to our eyesight, diminution of vision, visual fatigue, irreversible death of light-sensitive cells, maculopathy and cataract, but also inhibits the secretion of melatonin and causes sleep disturbances. However, computers have long been a necessary tool in the modern workplace, and have created a whole bunch of people who have to spend a lot of time in front of a computer every day.
