Perspective (another really bad name for software, even Perspective for Windows is not friendly enough for search engine) is an automatic desktop wallpaper changer/background switcher developed for Windows 10. It gives Windows 10 users an eye-catching way to display their favorite wallpapers, and can perfectly replace the Background Feature built in Windows 10.

Hiren's BootCD (HBCD for short) is a well-known, very popular and reliable bootable CD-ROM with a full set of commonly-used Windows and DOS system maintenance tools (only including free and legal software). But it has stopped updating since 2012. Hiren's BootCD PE is one of its enhanced PE edition developed by fans users, which also can be seen as its an unofficial successor.

Each of the released versions of Microsoft Windows is not perfect, this is the fact that can be accepted by the public. But the behavior of Windows 10 started to insanely stealing its users' privacy info (euphemistically called: data mining) has been deeply embedded into the every process of the whole system operation, while this is unbearable for any senior Windows users. So we have to resort to some third-party applications to protect the security of our digital privacy.

In Windows 10, a wide range of privacy settings involving users' privacy exist throughout the whole system, so that ordinary computer users cannot protect themselves from the so-called data mining behaviors taken by Microsoft. Therefore, we have to turn to third-party applications to protect our privacy when using Windows 10. W10Privacy is one of the most comprehensive software solutions, developed by Bernd Schuster from Germany.

Windows 10 started to blatantly monitor and steal user privacy info, this is a public fact that is daunting for advanced computer users. Because it secretly monitors user behavior and privacy in the background, without notifying the user or getting user's permission. It then uploads the relevant data to Microsoft's official servers, FBI headquarters, and other selling ways. At the same time, this process takes up lots of your network bandwidth. Especially, most of the related settings are hidden and do not allow users to selectively shut down at all.

Windows PE (Preinstallation Environment) means lightweight versions of Microsoft Windows operating systems that allow you to boot from DVD, USB or over network. This is a collection post for Windows PE assembly (Windows 7 PE, Windows 8 PE, Windows 8.1 PE, and Windows 10 PE) made by the famous reverse engineer Ratiborus from a very popular Russian computer forum Ru.Board. They will be updated as new utilities or drivers are added.

Windows 10 tried to partly restore the classic start button & menu, even increased semitransparent effect for the start menu, but its usage is still not convenient enough. Especially on the fluency of menu operation, its overall performance lags far behind the classic start menu of Windows XP/7. And in fact, this is definitely not caused by users' habit, but the failure on design (Microsoft blindly pursues avant-garde design while ignores one fact/reality - The vast majority of users is using Windows 10 on a PC, rather than a tablet with touchscreen.

Since Windows 8, Microsoft started to implant plenty of trashware into system, but never allows you to actually remove them (the only so-called 'Uninstall' option they provide can do nothing but remove those apps' icons at most; And for many apps, it's even grayed out, not clickable). In others words, all apps' files are still there, and once you make a system update, all of them will come back to start menu immediately). And to Windows 10, this situation is much worse.
