[v4.x] VARA – High performance soundcard modem for amateur radio

Today, communication and network technologies have been highly developed, but the radio communication is still useful and even necessary in some environments and situations, such as remote areas and deep mountains and forests. When a fire broke out in a forest in northern Mexico in 2019, amateur radio operators were around the fire to provide communication support. They had been using Winlink and VARA HF in addition to the traditional VHF repeater.
