Restoring your system with a backup is extremely efficient and wise, because then you no longer have to "install a brand new system + install drivers + optimize/setup system + install all the common software". Otherwise, the whole process is extremely time-consuming, boring, and annoying. In fact, I haven't reinstalled my system in years, and have always used a backup of the system at its best state. This way, whenever the system appears all kinds of problems that are difficult to deal with, I just directly restore the system to its original best state.

In the process of using Windows, we may have encountered such situations: the system restarts, shuts down or becomes blue screen, black screen without any warning or notice. Then you can no longer log on to the system, or get into an endless loop of blue/black screen + reboot. This case, you may first think that this is probably caused by hardware failures. However, that is almost always caused by conflicts between hardware drivers or errors of system kernel modules. The former is usually shown as a blue screen (+ restart), while the latter is usually shown as an automatic restart by default.

Not My Fault (AKA: NotMyFault) is a driver-level system debugging tool, developed by Microsoft's Sysinternals group, used to artificially make system crash, memory leak, frozen screen and blue screen in order to reconstruct, analyze and debug the potential problems in a computer.

As Windows' fatal, non-interferential system error - this is often referred to be system crash, Blue Screen (AKA: Blue Screen of Death, BSoD for short) - it's just as classic and famous as Windows OS itself!
