A good-looking resume/curriculum vita is a business card that represents a person's abilities, also a "stepping stone" to get a good job. For job seekers with the same ability level, if you can make a more professional and attractive resume, you will have a greater chance of getting an interview when HR sees your resume. Because the first impression a good resume gives HR is: you are professional, you value this job, and you are willing to spend time and effort on job hunting.

In the past, when we were in jogs hunting where needed us to provide resumes, in general, the way we used most is to print the ready-made bio form or template in Word document format out. While for now, a more popular way is to make them to be Infographic-style (i.e. information + graphic).
