Originally, it had built-in three of the best Sega fifth-generation game console emulators for Windows 95/98/2000 and DOS systems, but they were all eliminated due to various problems. So, AppNee replaced them with the better replacement - Kega Fusion.

It is loosely based on the light novel series of the same name written by Tow Ubukata in 2002.
