v2rayNG is a popular free and open-source application that allows users to bypass Internet censorship and access blocked websites and apps, developed by 2dust from China. It is essentially a GUI frontend for V2Ray on Android platform, using the V2Ray protocol to provide secure and private Internet access.

In order to "help" citizens of many countries bypass a series of restrictions and get in touch with Western media, the US government has provided a lot of funding to many technology companies that provide VPN services through USAGM, including three companies that establish virtual private networks - Psiphon, Lantern, and nthLink.
