Universal Viewer (formerly called ATViewer) is a general-purpose file viewer that supports a wide range of file formats, developed by UVViewSoft from Russia. With its help, you can easily view various common file types without having to download a lot of corresponding software. Universal Viewer supports direct viewing of various multimedia files (such as images, audios, videos), office files (such as RTF, PDF, Word, Excel), various encoded web files and plain text files, and supports for using plug-ins to support more file types.
