SumatraPDF (AKA: Sumatra PDF) is an open-source PDF reader for Windows, small size with extremely concise functions, starts up fast, portable (only a standalone executable file) and free. In addition to supporting the most common PDF format, it also supports the main formats of eBook and Comic Book, such as ePub, MOBI, CHM, XPS, DjVu, CBZ and CBR.
Have to mention that SumatraPDF has a "Frequently Read" preview interface and the ability of remembering the latest visited page of every archive, which make the eBook browsing very convenient.

Tips
- To change the background color, open 'SumatraPDF-settings.txt', locate "FixedPageUI" section, change the value of "BackgroundColor" to any color value in hex color format (I myself like the healthy color: #d6e7cb).
