
SrvMan (full name: Windows Service Manager) is a very small but important system services manager from Germany, specially designed for advanced computer users, free to use.
For managing Windows services, it enables users to view, start, stop, restart, or add (so as to run arbitrary Win32 program or legacy driver as a system service), delete, modify system services with one click. All operations are under both GUI and command-line modes, and you don't have to restart the system.
