nullDC is a free, open source 32-bit Sega Dreamcast and Sega NAOMI (arcade edition of Sega hardware) game consoles emulator for Windows, first released in 2006 and discontinued in 2011. While, even compared with its successor - Reicast, nullDC is still a better choice for Dreamcast emulation on Windows.

- For NRG format game ROM, you need to load it first in the virtual drive (such as Daemon Tools), and then boot game from there
- For some game with .CDI format, it might need to be changed to .cdi to read
- Partial 2D game's graphics will be obviously fragmented, then you can try to disable the 3D anti-aliased effects
- For 3D game, it is strongly recommended that open the 3D anti-aliased processing and other related filters
