MyLanViewer is a simple yet powerful local area network (LAN) scanning and IP monitoring tool. It has user-friendly UI, is very easy to get started, specially designed for network administrators.
On the one hand, it can scan (in two modes: quick scan and full scan) and display the detail about each computer in your current LAN (including host name, OS version, IP address, MAC address, sharing resources, etc.) in the form of a simple & readable list; and allows you to view, access and set access permissions for your own shared resources. On the other hand, MyLanViewer has the ability of monitoring the subnet/Wi-Fi network, as well as any IP changes in a LAN. If some computers' state changed, it would catch your attention.
