[v3.4] MultiExtractor – Extract multimedia files from software

MultiExtractor is a practical, powerful and pretty handy multimedia resource (graphic file, audio file, video file, etc.) extractor from Poland. It supports all kinds of executable files (DLL, EXE, SlideShow...), PDF, Office document, binary file...

There are several purposes for unpacking the encapsulated software: remove plugins and then reseal; re-encapsulate after modifying resources; make it portable, etc. And the main function of MultiExtractor is to extract icons, pictures, music, video and other multimedia resources from software (especially for executable file or database). The extraction process provides rich filtering options, and supports viewing, converting images, as well as many other functions after extracting.

MultiExtractor is a bit similar to Universal Extractor in function, nevertheless Universal Extractor places more emphasis on decompression of installation packages, yet MultiExtractor supports more file formats. BTW, AppNee tells you a good trick about Universal Extractor's using - for many EXE file that Universal Extractor can not extract at all, in fact, we can use 7-Zip direct "Extract to..." with ease, and vice versa.
