KCNScrew (AKA: KCNcrew Pack) is a very useful software serial number querying tool for Mac OS. With Serial Box, they are known as the two Serial Numbers/Cracks/Patches obtaining edge tools with the highest praise rate on Mac. Both functions and designs are very similar, both have the most complete and largest set of serial numbers, both have a long time of development and maintenance, both update their database almost in the middle of every month (on the 15th), and both have been updated for years.
KCNScrew provides a very simple and convenient UI wrapper for browsing and searching the inbuilt serial numbers database. In its SN database, you can conveniently find the serial numbers for almost all frequently-used Apple software, such as Quicktime, Logic, Adobe series. Its use is very simple. First, select or search for the name and desired version of some software on the left panel, then click and view the software's Info, Serial Numbers, or Patches resources on the right panel. By default, the latest version of serial number is displayed, yet we can also click on Version to select the version we want.
Compared to Serial Box (SBox for short), KCNScrew often has the serial numbers you cannot find in the Serial Box. But unlike Serial Box, no readers are required. Instead, just open the .dmg file, drag and drop the app where you like. However, there is no way to view what serials, cracks or patches are new in this issue as compared to the previous like Serial Box does. Anyway, since KCNScrew has a complementary relationship with Serial Box, AppNee suggests that it's better to have both of them in hand, rather than just pick one and dump the other.
