HTML Image Page Builder/Generator is a free Image-2-Text converter developed by Jan Horn from South Africa. It can convert an image/photo in .JPG, .JPEG, .BMP, .ICO, .EMF or .WMF format to colorful ASCII art text in a HTML webpage (as HTML code which can be used anywhere).
The ASCII text (i.e. HTML page content) can be random text made up of "Any Character, Numbers only, Letters only, Binary" or loaded from a text file. In addition, you are also allowed to custom the page background color and page width.
