GeoGebra is a dynamic match teaching & learning software from Austria that always wins the international education software awards. It combines the graphing calculator for functions, geometry, algebra, calculus, statistics, 3D math, etc.

GeoGebra was started by Markus Hohenwarter in 2001 (written in Java), released as an open-source freeware. It supports dozens of languages and multiple platforms (Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, Tablet, Smartphone and Web Browser).

GeoGebra has the ability to deal with both algebra and geometry. On the one hand, as a dynamic geometry software, you can draw point, vector, line segment, straight line, polygon, conic curve, or even function on it. And after drawing, you can also change their properties as need; On the other hand, you are allowed to enter the formula and point coordinates too.
